Lawful B2B use

Use ExpoLeadZ only for legitimate trade, business, or professional activity. You are responsible for recipient selection, the lawful basis or consent required in the recipient's jurisdiction, accurate capture context, message content, sender identity, and any notice or postal-address requirement.

Prohibited outreach

  • No spam, harassment, unlawful purchased lists, or indiscriminate bulk messaging.
  • No deceptive display name, sender, routing information, subject line, business identity, or purpose.
  • No message after an objection, unsubscribe, hard suppression, or other clear relationship closure.
  • No claim that receiving or scanning a business card always establishes consent.
  • No circumvention of confidence, mailbox, suppression, unsubscribe, bounce, plan, or rate controls.

Content and data restrictions

Do not upload malicious files, illegal or infringing content, credentials, payment-card data, children's data, or regulated or highly sensitive data not expressly supported and agreed. Do not attempt cross-tenant access, unauthorized surveillance, provider abuse, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or disruption.

Regional outreach responsibilities

Electronic-marketing rules differ. Corporate email under UK PECR is not the same as messaging a sole trader. Canadian CASL consent can depend on provable context and relevance. US CAN-SPAM requires a working opt-out and accurate message identity. Australia requires applicable consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe. EU/Estonian rules require separate attention to the recipient and channel. ExpoLeadZ context fields support evidence but do not decide legal compliance for you.

Enforcement

LearnDo OÜ may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate activity that reasonably threatens recipients, other customers, providers, service integrity, or legal compliance. Where practical, we will explain the concern and allow remediation, but urgent risk may require immediate action. We may preserve relevant audit evidence and cooperate with lawful requests.
